What’s next after an appointment is made?

Based on your appointment time, you will meet with our international medical consultant who will then guide you through the process together with the hospital in Korea/ Thailand. This consultation can be done either in person in our office in Menteng, Central Jakarta, or through Zoom/ Google meet. The goal of this meeting is to ensure you’re getting the correct procedures for your concern, at the right hospital.

What should I prepare before meeting the medical consultant?

Please come without make up, as we need to take some pictures for the Korean/ Thai hospital for the consultation. Also bring your inspiration board. This can be a picture of a celebrity whose nose, eyes, face shape, etc that you desire for the doctor.

Is your medical consultant a medical doctor or is it just someone with no medical experience?

Our medical consultant has over 7 years of experience as a medical doctor and plastic surgery consultant in multiple countries. She graduated with a Medical Bachelor and Bachelor of Surgery, thus have a deep knowledge on human anatomy, surgery, and aesthetic procedures. She also had multiple plastic surgery procedures done, thus can provide you with a first-hand experience as a patient.

Post Consultation FAQs

How long do we have to be in Korea/ Thailand for?

Stays are usually between 3 to 14 days long. These depends on the type of procedures being performed. The stays need to be long because the doctors will need to monitor the recovery, while also removing necessary stitches gradually.

Will someone be accompanying me to Korea/ Thailand?

Rest assured that we provide complimentary VIP airport pick up and drop off in Korea and Thailand with our team member. During your stay there, an Indonesian medical chaperone will be accompanying your medical journey and ensure the best experience for you, including providing translation for your medical needs.

What is the payment process like?

Based on the consultation in Jakarta/ Online, you will then need to book a time slot for the cosmetic procedures/ plastic surgery in Korea/ Thailand by paying a deposit through Glowme Aesthetics. This deposit could be a fix cost, or a certain percentage of your planned surgery/ procedures.

How soon can I do the plastic surgery?

Please be aware that time slots are very limited and can be booked out months in advance since most of our surgeons only accepts one or two patients a day to ensure the best quality, but we will always do our best to accommodate your desired dates and trip.

Generally for surgery, payment can be made in full 1 (one) day before the procedure to ensure you a smooth experience on the day of the actual surgery.

For cosmetic injectables/ procedure, the payment will be made on the day in Korea/ Thailand in the clinic after the consultation with Korean/ Thai doctor.

How soon I do the cosmetic procedures?

Cosmetic procedures have more slots, and we can help you book last minute. Even when you’re already in Korea/ Thailand. However, it is always best to plan in advance to ensure ample time for recovery and follow up appointments if needed due to your return flights to Indonesia.
